Organization is a key to success. Knowing where you stuff is allows you to find it quick and with ease. Disorder causes stress, although some stress is good stress too much of it will take its toll on us and everyone around us.
How did you do last week? You challenge was as you organize to decided whether the items you kept really fit your interests.
Now you are creating things the way you need and want them set yourself to limits. We all know plastic bags accumulate by the 10s and 20s, each shopping trip brings in more. Decide how many will be necessary to have on hand and recycle the rest.
This goes for anything you may have too much of – food tubs, rags, t-shirts, etc.
Goal: set a limit and work towards. Remember it only takes 1-5 min to start your journey to organization.
