Organization is a key to success. Knowing where you stuff is allows you to find it quick and with ease. Disorder causes stress, although some stress is  good stress too much of it will take its toll on us and everyone around us.

Sometimes the best way to keep on top of what you have accomplished is to keep track of it. I have a calendar posted to my wall that I write down what I did for the day, specifically tasks and appointments. Its an easy way to keep a daily journal and it only takes a few minutes.

Challenge: Mark on your calendar every day you spend at least 5 minutes organizing. Then at the end of the week look back and see how you did.
